The Vision

At Learnify Technologies, we set out to build Aavtaar.ai, a flagship AI venture focused on creating conversational AI voice platforms. As the AI Product Manager, my role was to define the platform's vision, create the roadmap, and drive execution with a cross-functional engineering team of 20 members.

Establishing the Product Foundation

To transition from ideation to delivery, I took ownership of the core product artifacts:

• [✓] Authored comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that bridged business requirements with technical constraints involving Large Language Models (LLMs).
• [✓] Broke down complex AI interactions into clear user stories and defined strict acceptance criteria.
• [✓] Established an ongoing release planning cycle to ensure predictable delivery to stakeholders.

Agile Execution

Building an AI voice product requires tight feedback loops. We fully integrated Agile practices into our workflow:

• Led rigorous sprint planning sessions to prioritize features based on user value.
• Conducted regular backlog grooming to ensure engineering was always unblocked and aligned with the strategic roadmap.

Key Outcomes

By aligning our 20-person team under a unified product vision and agile methodology, we successfully launched the core AI voice platform, paving the way for scalable Conversational AI solutions.
